This waterborne coating is a highly flexible pure acrylic coating, developed as a water resistant non yellowing coating with rust inhibiting properties and can be applied to virtually all surfaces. The product has a fine particle size with medium viscosity and shows outstanding ultraviolet tolerance. This product can be used as a base coat and a topcoat. Can be used with membrane; woven or spun.

APPLICATION DETAILS
- Apply 3 coats of paint to achieve proper penetration and allow to dry for 3hours, and an additional 4 hours in cold wet weather
- Porous surfaces may require an additional coat to ensure surface is properly coated
For Airless Spray Gun Application:
- Dilute the primer with no more than 10% by volume with water
- Apply 3 coats of paint to achieve proper penetration and allow to dry for 3 hours and an additional 4 hours in cold weather

SURFACE PREPARATION:
Steel & Galvanised Structures:
- Remove all rust with Clean & Protect, scrub and rinse thoroughly with water
- Remove dust, oil, grease and other foreign materials with Degreaser
- Ensure that the surface is sound and dry before painting
- Apply paint – 3 coats with 3 hours drying time between coats
Previously Painted Surfaces:
- Make sure old paint coatings are firm and solid.
- Remove all loose, flaking and bubbling paint with Paint Stripper, and rinse thoroughly with water
- Treat rusted areas with Clean & Protect by means of wire brush, hard bristle brush or broom. Wash with water.
- Remove dust, oil, grease and other foreign materials with Degreaser, rinse thoroughly and allow to dry
- Ensure that the surface is sound and dry before painting
- Apply primer and leave to dry
- Apply paint – 3 coats with 3hours drying time between coats
- Remove all dust, dirt and loose granules, friable and powdery material with high-pressure water jet or scrub down with Degreaser and a hard bristle or wire brush and water
- Prime with one coat bonding liquid – allow to dry for 2 hours
- Apply paint – 3 coats with 3 hours drying time between coats
