Clear Shield is a high-quality, waterborne alkali-resistant acrylic emulsion designed to seal porous and powdery masonry surfaces while forming a smooth, transparent waterproof barrier.
This flexible clear primer dries to a durable water-tight finish and can be over-coated with any acrylic paint system. Clear Shield is especially effective on fresh cement plaster and alkaline substrates, preventing moisture penetration, bubbling and topcoat failure.
Suitable for interior and exterior sealing applications, including:
- Fresh cement plaster
- Face brick surfaces
- Retaining walls (underground waterproof barrier applications)
