Leak Seal is a superior quality, water-based alkali-resistant sealer formulated with a styrene acrylic emulsion. It dries to a smooth, clear, water-tight finish and can be over-coated with any acrylic paint system.
Leak Seal is specially designed for sealing vulnerable roof and wall detail areas such as gutters, overlaps, screw heads and fine cracks up to 5mm, providing long-lasting protection against moisture ingress.
Suitable for interior and exterior sealing applications, including:
- Gutters and downpipe joints
- Roof overlaps and flashing points
- Roof screw heads and fasteners
- Hairline and minor wall cracks (≤5mm wide)
- General waterproof sealing before acrylic topcoats
