Atlas Modge Podge is a multi-purpose, smooth water based sealer and adhesive that is easy to apply.
Instructions:
- Apply in multiple layers
- Allow each layer to dry
- Apply each layer in opposite direction to previous layer.
- Sand with waterproof sand paper
- Seal with Atlas Hard as Nails varnish
