Dust Binder is a self-cross-linking acrylic emulsion designed to bind, stabilise and waterproof dusty or friable surfaces. Application Details:
For Road Applications:
- High traffic roads: 1 Dust Binder: 2 Water
- Lower traffic roads: up to 1 Dust Binder: 5 Water
For Dust Control Applications:
- Standard dust suppression: 1: 5 Water
- Light dust control: up to 1: 9 Water
For Airless Spray Application:
- Apply 1 coat of diluted Dust Binder for proper penetration
- Allow to dry for approximately 1 hour
- Apply a second coat, depending on soil type and surface condition, for improved adhesion and binding
