Anchoring Grout (Fast-Set) is a high-strength, multi-purpose cementitious repair and anchoring mortar designed for structural applications. The product develops rapid strength gain while maintaining excellent bonding performance and dimensional stability.
Once applied and cured, the material sets to a durable grey finish suitable for a wide range of structural concrete repair and anchoring requirements.

When mixed, the product forms a smooth, cohesive mortar that enables easy placement and finishing in both horizontal and vertical repair applications.
Thinning:
3–4L of Water per 25kg Anchoring Grout (Fast-Set)
Drying Time:
Initial Set: ±2 hours | Final Set: ±3 hours
Concrete Application:
- Pre-wet the concrete mixer before use.
- Add 3–4 litres of clean water per 25 kg bag, depending on the required consistency.
- Gradually add the full contents of the bag while mixing.
- Mix thoroughly until a uniform consistency and desired slump is achieved.
Application Limitations:
- Do not apply when ambient or substrate temperatures are below 9°C.
- Avoid application in excessive heat (above 35°C).
